One pot spicy cheesy pasta
salt & pepper
(grated, for serving)
Cooking the pasta:
First, bring about 4 cups of water to boil. Add salt, pepper & olive oil, then add the pasta.
Let it boil according to the instruction on the package (usually a few minutes), then drain it and set it aside.
Preparing the cheesy sauce:
While the pasta boils, you can very well proceed to prepare the cheesy sauce.
First, melt the butter into a large enough saucepan.
Second, add the chopped garlic and bacon and fry them in butter. When fried on all sides, add the sour cream.
Stir well, then add the shredded mozzarella and let the sauce boil until the cheese melts (keep stirring, it helps the cheesy sauce become homogeneous).
Once the sauce is ready, add the boiled pasta into the saucepan, stir well and let it boil a couple more minutes.
Serve hot with grated Parmesan on top!
PS: If you’re not a fan of the spicy pasta, simply avoid adding the pepper.
