Liver Pate Recipe
(I used veal for the recipe)

Heat up the oil and 2 tbsp. of butter and fry the garlic cut in half.
Meanwhile, clean the liver by removing any connective tissue and green – yellowish parts (the gall), then dice it.
When everything starts to fizzle, take the garlic out and toss in the onion and liver cut into pieces.
Fry the liver on both parts for a couple minutes, then add a ladle of water and cook with the lid on until the liver softens.
When ready, transfer everything into a food processor and blend. Add salt and pepper to taste, the rest of the butter and sour cream. Blend again until smooth.
Serve on warm toast.
