Here come the hot summer days! How to better welcome them than with a cool ice cream fruit smoothie?
A cool alternative to the classic milk smoothie is the one prepared with ice cream.
Delicious and full of vitamins (depending on the fruit used), it is prepared in minutes and it’s perfect to clench your thirst on a hot day.
I used banana and papaya, but other combinations such as strawberries, mango, berries, pineapples, kiwi, and so on are great as well!
Here’s how to prepare an ice cream fruit smoothie:
- Wash / peel the fruit and mix everything in a blender for a few seconds.
- Decorate as you see fit (I used sprinkles, but you could also use chocolate flakes, pieces of fruit, biscuit crumbs, etc.)
