- 7 oz green beans (200 gr.)
- 2-3 carrots
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Prep the veggies
- Clean and peel the vegetables, dice them and boil them separately (in water with a pinch of salt).
- When the green beans and carrots are ready, strain them and set them aside.
