Making chicken cutlets at home is extremely easy and quick.
They’re the perfect main dish for when you need to whip up something fast and tasty for the whole family.
Chicken meat is light and can be prepared in many ways, which is why I often prefer it to red or other meat (except for fish).
It also costs less, so if you’re looking to save money on groceries, opting to buy chicken more often than other types of meat could help your budget.
You can serve the chicken cutlets with vegetable stew on the side or wish any other vegetables as a side dish.

- First, slice each half of the chicken breast in 2 horizontal halves (by cutting the meat holding your knife parallel to your cutting board).
You should now have 4 slices of chicken breast. - Mix some white flour with grated the Parmesan cheese (I usually use a soup plate for this).
- Whisk the eggs in another soup plate and add some salt and pepper to the mix.
- Now, cover each meat slice first in flour, then in egg, then again in flour.
- Heat up some vegetable or olive oil in a pan and fry your cutlets on both sides, until brown.
You could also replace the white flour with breadcrumbs or cover the meat with both before frying. The result is equally delicious and the crust will turn out even crunchier.
Great recipe, you must try out some great hot sauces from along with your recipes, give it a shot, as i did, i love em!
