- 10 slices pork loin
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 4 slices smoked cheese
- a few tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients for the recipe: slice the pork loin and smoked cheese, chop the parsley and garlic, measure 1 cup of breadcrumbs and a few tablespoons of olive oil.
- Line a tray with baking paper and 'sprinkle' some olive oil on it.
- Mix together breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley and garlic.
- Place 1 slice of cheese in between 2 slices of pork loin slices (like a sandwich).
- Gently oil the part of the pork loin slice facing up.
- Using your hands, carefully 'dip' the oiled part of your "pork loin sandwich" into the breadcrumbs.
- Place the "pork loin sandwich", crumble side down on the backing tray.
- Repeat with all "pork loin sandwiches".
- Now, gently oil all the "pork loin sandwiches" placed on your tray and sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on top.
- Sprinkle (yes, again) some olive oil on top of the whole tray and bake!
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 350° (180°C), until crisp. Also, if your oven has a grill option, switch to grill and boost the temperature at your max. for the last 5 minutes (the cheese will deliciously melt and form a crunchy crust).
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
