Fried fish in raw polenta crust
(gutted and cleaned)

First, prepare the fish by carefully cleaning it, then chop the rosemary and slice the garlic clove in 2.
Season the fish with salt and pepper, then coat them with polenta flour on both sides.
Heat up the olive oil in a large pan and add the garlic halves and chopped rosemary (for the flavor).
When the oil is hot enough, gently place the coated sea bream and fry on both sides (about 5 minutes on each side)
Serve immediately, while still hot.
