Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
You can mix them either using a whisk, a hand mixer or a blender
  2. Add as much mineral water as needed, until your batter’s consistency resembles that of an almost thick cake batter. Liquid, but not “too liquid”.
  3. In a non stick pan, add one ladle of crepes batter at a time. Tilt the pan each time so your batter will spread evenly.
  4. Cook each crepe on both sides until golden brown. Flip them using a spatula.
Recipe Notes

If your pan isn’t “perfect”, you can great or spray it with some vegetable oil every 2-3 crepes. This way, you make sure you avoid the batter sticking the the bottom of the pan.

You could also add a pinch of sugar for more sweetness, but sugar is the main reason crepes tend to stick to the pan. I usually avoid adding it, since pancakes are typically served with jam or chocolate which are really sweet anyway.
