When it comes to weight loss, one of the saddest moments I had to get over was finding out that cheese is not our friend. I'm actually a big fan of cheese, my idea of the ideal cheese sandwich is a slice of cheese between 2 other slices of... cheese. So you can imagine that I was really disappointed when I found out that cheese is not good for weight loss. Well, before deciding to lose weight I didn't really give a crap about what I put in my mouth. For instance, I would eat home made mozzarella escalope at least 4-5 times a week (mozzarella is really tasty and cheap around here), Swiss cheese escalope with french fries as a side dish (this I picked up from fast food joints), grilled cheese sandwiches, ecc. Anyway... my point is, I used to eat so much cheese I can't even believe it.
